As the Sr. Product Manager of Verifone Taxi Business in Istanbul, I was managing payment solutions, including payment hardware, mobile taxi application, cloud-based services, and even emergency hardware and software for the safety of taxi drivers and/or passengers. My responsibilities were comprehensive, encompassing Product Development, Product Launch, Market Research, and Data Analysis. This role required a strategic approach from the perspective of Technical Product Management, allowing me to position existing hardware and software solutions to a new region, combining them with innovative new products to develop and ensure the growth and success of all our products in a competitive market.
