I designed the overall product architecture, wrote patent specifications, incorporated companies in Turkey and the US, ran a multi-platform crowdfunding campaign that raised ~$153K, negotiated with Silicon Valley VCs, secured multiple government R&D grants, and built a global direct-to-consumer operation — all with a small, talented and remote team.

2014 – 2016Verifone (formerly NYSE: PAY) - Strategic repositioning of Verifone's taxi payment portfolio for the EMEA region, starting with Turkey. The portfolio spanned payment terminals, cloud-based services, in-vehicle safety systems, and a ride-hailing mobile app (Curb). Managed the full product lifecycle — market research, competitive positioning, technical requirements, localization, development, and launch — across both hardware and software for a market with fundamentally different user dynamics than the US or UK.
